These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mood website and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Mood provides a cloud-based content management and website platform for organizations. The scope, features, and service levels applicable to your organization are defined in the agreement concluded between your organization and Mood.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All content you upload to the platform remains yours. Mood does not claim ownership of your content. The platform itself — including its software, design, and documentation — remains the intellectual property of Mood and its licensors.
We work to keep the platform available, secure, and performant at all times. Specific availability commitments and support terms are set out in the applicable service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mood shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you may export your content, after which it will be deleted from our systems in line with our data retention practices.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
